Our Mission

​Our mission is to empower young athletes by blending soccer skills with essential mental training, fostering confidence, resilience, and self-worth both on and off the field. Through a combination of practical coaching, sports psychology techniques, and mentorship, we aim to help athletes develop the mental toughness and leadership skills necessary to thrive in sports and life. By creating a supportive, growth-oriented environment, we inspire the next generation of athletes to believe in their abilities, overcome obstacles, and perform at their highest potential, all while building strong, positive mindsets that last beyond the game.

Devan Khurana

10th Grader at Chadwick School

Hi, my name is Devan Khurana. I'm a 2010-born goalkeeper currently playing in MLS NEXT. I started playing goalkeeper in 3rd grade, and the position quickly became a big part of who I am. After moving into more competitive environments like ECNL, I began facing mental ups and downs after nearly every practice and game, struggles that directly impacted my performance on the field. Through those experiences, I’ve learned how important the mental side of the game truly is. Now, I want to help make sure every player has the tools and support to manage the mental strain that comes with high-level soccer.

Education:

  • Elementary School at Robinson Elementary

  • Now at Chadwick Highschool from 6th Grade-Current

Playing History

  • Played for Sand & Surf from 3rd grade until 8th grade

  • Then at the end of 2024 switched to LA BREAKERS ECNL and played there from 2024 to 2025

  • Committed to play MLS NEXT for SoCal Reds in the 2025-2026 season

Shay Rawal

Hi, my name is Shay. I live in Manhattan Beach, and attend Mira Costa High School. Through my entire life, I’ve played soccer, but have always been on the shorter side, which carries its own mental challenges. By balancing being both a student and an athlete, it has been important to overcome the adversity and obstacles that follow.
